Todd Behrens was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2005, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, cum laude, from the Pratt School of Engineering at Duke University in 2000, with a double major in Electrical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering. He also earned a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2005.

He graduated from Duke University with departmental distinction for his ultrasound research in connection with the Center for Emerging Cardiovascular Technology. While at Case Western Reserve University, he was a Notes Editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
