Daniel Castro Daniel Castro practices intellectual property law with a focus on patent prosecution. He has prosecution experience in a wide range of electrical and computer technologies, including semiconductor fabrication equipment and processes, computer systems, software, optical networks and components, as well as internet enabled/related applications. Mr. Castro received a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). While at MIT, he had extensive laboratory experience including coursework at the MIT Digital Systems Laboratory and the MIT Microsystems Technology Laboratory. Mr. Castro attended Law School at the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall), where he was an Executive Editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and Editor-in-Chief of the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal. Prior to Law School, Mr. Castro prosecuted patents at O'Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles. |
