Francis (Frank) L. Dunn, Jr. was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2000 and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He was also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio, in 2005.

He earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Cleveland State University in 1994. He also earned a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University, in 1998. While at Cleveland-Marshall, he was Executive Editor of the Cleveland State University Law Review, and received the Charles Auerbach Memorial Award and the CALI “Excellence For The Future” Award.

Francis is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Trumbull County Bar Association.
