Vinay Joshi is a member of the California bar and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Vinay's practice focuses on many aspects of patent law including patent litigation, patent prosecution, patent strategy counseling, analysis of patent portfolios and preparation and presentation of infringement and validity opinions.

Vinay has extensive discovery and trial experience in California, Texas, Utah and ITC, and has acted as lead or second chair counsel on several occasions. Vinay is also well versed in the practices and procedures of the USPTO and prepares and prosecutes U.S. and foreign patent applications for wide ranging technologies in the areas of electrical engineering, physics and software.

Prior to attending law school, Vinay worked as an electrical engineer with Ford Motor Company.
