Bosco B. Kim
Bosco B. Kim received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1989 and M.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1992, both from Columbia University. Mr. Kim received his J.D. from the Columbia University Law School in 1996 where he was on the editorial staff of the Columbia-VLA Journal of Law and the Arts and helped found the Columbia Journal of Asian Law. Mr. Kim is a member of the bar of the state of Massachusetts and is registered to practice with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to law school, Mr. Kim was a design engineer at IBM and helped design the mainframe architecture for IBM’s S/390 mainframe computer. Mr. Kim is a member of Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu. Mr. Kim has concentrated his practice in the field of intellectual property law and is experienced in all phases of patent prosecution, patent opinion, patent litigation, and trademark matters. Mr. Kim has prepared and prosecuted patent applications and issued opinions on various electrical and computer technologies including semiconductor processing, mobile devices, computer software, optical signal processing, transportation systems, process automation, and power generation. |
