Jeffrey P. Neterval received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1990 and the Massachusetts bar in 1996. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin where he was awarded a Knapp-Brittingham research grant and was elected to the University’s prestigious Iron Cross Society.

Jeff is a corporate lawyer with extensive in-house and outside transactional experience.  He has served in varying capacities as in-house counsel including general counsel for both publicly traded corporations and private companies and has represented and worked with executive and senior management teams for numerous companies while in private practice.

Jeff has set up legal departments for both privately held and publicly traded corporations and has a wide range of expertise and experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, real estate transactions, third party marketing agreements, loan documents, and a wide range of advertising, internet, e-commerce and intellectual property legal matters.
