Bhavani S. Rayaprolu is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in 1993 from Osmania University, India. She also earned a Master of Science in Physics in 1995 with a specialization in Microwave Communication Technology from Osmania University, India.

Bhavani taught Physics at the undergraduate and graduate levels for several years. As a software programmer, she earned vendor certifications on various programming platforms and worked at JP Morgan Chase developing financial applications.
