Timothy Van Tuinen

Timothy Van Tuinen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo College of Engineering. Thereafter, Timothy enrolled in legal studies at the University of Toledo College of Law, in which he graduated earning a J.D. with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law. While attending law school, Timothy interned at The University of Toledo Office of Technology Transfer at the Office of Research where he assisted in various licensing and intellectual property matters. Additionally, he earned various awards for his negotiating skills in worldwide negotiation competitions.

Timothy was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2007. He is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
