James Nolan

James received his Bachelor’s of Science in Biomedical Engineering in 2011 with a minor in Business Administration. Prior to his work in Intellectual Property, James led operations teams for several years in high speed manufacturing environments. During this time he gained experience leading several power waste initiatives in conveyance systems and high volume refrigeration systems.

He was instrumental in implementing PLC based decision making to assist with rapid changeover management, auto-reject capabilities, and overall waste reduction. His teams were responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of statistical process control tools and ISO certification deliverables. 

 James is working towards his admission to the US Patent Bar.
